Teaching and Learning Specialist

About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Maths and English, from Entry Level to Level 2.
- Create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment, promoting student achievement, progression, and success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, best practices, and innovative strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lessons, assessments, and progress tracking systems.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
- Ideally be QTLS qualified or hold a minimum Level 5 Teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching and lesson planning, ideally in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues, learners, and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Salary and Benefits: £24,961 - £35,360 per annum, plus benefits including 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 33 days with service), life assurance, and retail discounts.
