Purchase Ledger Assistant Role

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to support a busy AP team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a challenging opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a high volume of purchase ledger invoices through to payment.
  • Manage weekly/monthly payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Resolve queries and manage key supplier accounts.
  • Allocate DD payments and set up DD schedules.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Accounts Payable with exposure to high volume invoice processing and PO systems.
  • Proficient in accounting software and intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to start at short notice.
