Brand and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to oversee our paid advertising efforts across Facebook/Meta and Google/YouTube. This role is intended for someone who has a good mix of analytical and creative skills. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and has deep expertise in running high-budget, high-impact campaigns. They will be responsible for developing strategies that optimise ad performance, achieve growth targets, and maximise ROI across all paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Facebook/Meta, Google, and other platforms to support business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Align paid media efforts with overall marketing and acquisition goals, collaborating with the CEO and leadership teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts.
  • Manage media budgets, ensure efficient spending, and scale campaigns while optimising for CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or growth marketing with a focus on Facebook/Meta Ads and other key advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in building and leading a paid media team or agency, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and attribution modelling.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable paid media plans.
