Hanson Search is seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications expert to join our team. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company's brand and marketing strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in PR and communications, who has experience working with technology clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and marketing strategies, as well as managing a team of communications professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of communications professionals to ensure effective execution of brand and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of brand and marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in PR and communications, with experience working with technology clients
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective brand and marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
