Role Overview:

The Neurorehabilitation Team Lead is a key role within our organisation, responsible for leading and developing our neurorehabilitation services.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our neurorehabilitation team. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised care plans using evidence-based guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our neurorehabilitation services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans using evidence-based guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements:

  1. A registered nurse with post-registration experience in a clinical field
  2. Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group
  3. Awareness of current legislation within the independent care sector
  4. Experience of nurse-led management of long-term conditions
  5. Clinical leadership skills
  6. Skills in leading clinical practice development for client group
  7. Proven skills in leading, building, and influencing a team
