Senior Aviation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Central London. As a key player in the private aviation industry, we provide world-class aircraft charter services and aviation safety and security solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads through proactive outbound efforts, including desk research, phone calls, and networking. They will also respond to inbound enquiries promptly, converting them into qualified opportunities and long-term customers following our Enquiry Management Guidelines.
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Directors to monitor key sales metrics and achieve personal and team revenue targets. You will manage the sales cycle for all qualified leads, from qualification to deal closure in coordination with our Sales Director and Account Management Teams.
You will build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers through regular touchpoints and personalized communication. Conducting regular flight visits is essential to deepen trust, loyalty, and credibility.
Additionally, you will support our Sales Directors and Account Management Teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight our unique offerings, including high-performance aircraft, global access, and pioneering safety standards. Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new customers is crucial to fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close sales effectively. A proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently in a competitive environment, is essential.
You should have some experience in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably within the private aviation or luxury travel sector. Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and lead conversion is a must-have requirement for this position.
Able to speak business-standard German is required, and proficiency in CRM tools like D365 for lead management is beneficial. A consultative sales approach, focused on delivering tailored solutions to customers, is critical in this role.
