Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in the Southampton area. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example, and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
- Embrace a fast-paced environment and work with large volumes of stock/product.
- Maintain excellent store standards and consistently deliver KPIs.
- Develop and coach your team to identify and nurture talent, train them to achieve success, and drive compliance in the store.
- Be flexible and reactive to change, with a passion for retail and a commercial knowledge to bring to your team and store.
