Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and uphold the standards of our healthcare facility.

About the Role
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
