Pets Corner UK is a family-run business seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Manager to join our Hove store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assessing customer needs, and recommending our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for people and pets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. You will work closely with our Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize store sales and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for every customer
  • Assessing customers' needs and recommending Pets Corner products and services
  • Working with the Store Manager to identify improvements and implement strategies to maximize store sales and performance
  • Leading by example and demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop the team
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, and clean
  • Keeping up to date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Key holding responsibilities, opening, and closing the store
  • Maintaining accurate inventory by checking deliveries, undertaking stocktakes, and investigating any stock losses

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service with a desire to get to know customers and their pets
  • A thirst for continued personal training and development
