We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Service Specialist to join our team in Hove, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by store management, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with a willingness to learn and develop.
