Job Description

The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking a skilled Light Vehicle Production Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day activities of our workshop. This role offers an ideal opportunity for career advancement in a premium brand environment.

Salary: £31,500 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience

This is a Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in achieving agreed profits and retention levels, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Assist the Service Manager in achieving agreed profits and retention levels
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the workshop

Requirements:

  • Motor industry experience in a production or coordination role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of COSHH legislation, trade practices, and consumer legislation
  • Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures
