Light Vehicle Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Maintenance professional to join our team in Preston. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring our technicians achieve their targets and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with experience managing a team in a busy Service/Workshop environment. You will have a solid understanding of COSHH legislation, trade practices, and consumer legislation, as well as awareness of quality control and inspection requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Ensure technicians achieve daily targets
- Implement quality checks to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
What We Offer:
