Position Overview
A highly skilled Private Client Attorney with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience is required for a distinguished legal practice in the South West, offering a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of private client cases, providing support to often vulnerable and elderly clients. Key duties include:

  • Establishing and managing trusts
  • Drafting wills
  • Creating powers of attorney
  • Overseeing estate administration and planning
  • Delivering inheritance tax advice
  • Handling probate matters
  • Engaging with high-net-worth clients
  • Participating in business development initiatives
  • Networking within the community

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for solicitors and legal executives who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law
  • Experience in a reputable legal firm
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in IT
  • The ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a straightforward manner
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
