Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, estate planning, trusts, and court of protection work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, estate administration, estate planning, trusts, and court of protection work.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law, with a strong track record of managing complex estates and estate planning.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning for high net worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
