Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a demanding caseload of private client matters, including trust creation and administration, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and estate planning, and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of private client matters, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client care.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Proven experience in handling complex private client matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client care.
