About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Radiology Administration team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties, including managing patient appointments and waiting lists.
- Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including general office duties.
- Develop great organisational skills to manage and prioritise work effectively.
- Use own initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understand the sensitivity of patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team.
