Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our Mortgage and Protection Advisor, providing administrative support, managing databases, and communicating with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, data management, and teamwork, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing mortgage paperwork, including loan applications, credit checks, and contracts.
  • Updating clients on the status of their mortgage applications and any required documentation.
  • Handling the administration of protection insurance policies, such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and emails, and ensuring clear and professional communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be proficient in using technology, such as databases and software applications, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
