Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the company competency cloud system to identify areas for improvement
  • Action expired/expiring training requests to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Schedule and manage training sessions for new employees
  • Book company training requests and maintain relationships with training providers
  • Seek the best possible training available to meet business needs
  • Maintain a list of approved training suppliers and book occupational health medicals
  • Approve training invoices and apply for training grants
  • Maintain a record of financial training outgoings and utilize the apprentice levy effectively

We offer an excellent starting salary of £55,000 per annum and the opportunity to work with a well-renowned contractor.
