Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Jubilee Court, a care home providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with company and NMC guidelines
  • Provide treatments such as surgical dressings when required
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's care needs
  • Respond to medical emergencies with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure each resident has a personalized care plan

About You:

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with strong leadership abilities who can build and nurture relationships with residents and their families. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, full support will be provided.
