We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at our Nottingham nursing home. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
  2. Monitor and assess residents' health status, identifying any changes and responding appropriately.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
Requirements:
  1. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursing home setting.
  3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in elderly care.
  4. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required.
