About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Jubilee Court Care Home. As a Night Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with company and NMC guidelines
  • Provide treatments such as surgical dressings when required
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's care needs
  • Respond to medical emergencies with confidence and expertise
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan

About You

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse who possesses strong leadership abilities and is adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided.
