Clinical Lead Pharmacist

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a leading teaching trust in the UK, renowned for its high standards of care. We are seeking a Clinical Lead Pharmacist to join our Renal Care Team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead the renal pharmacy service, providing specialist care to patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease and end stage renal failure. This role will offer the opportunity to gain significant experience in service development, ensuring that renal therapies are prescribed safely and medicines optimisation opportunities are realised.
Main Responsibilities- Led by the post holder, the renal pharmacy service provides comprehensive pharmaceutical services to the Renal Care Group, focusing on ensuring the provision of high quality, safe, clinical, supply, financial and operational services.
- The post holder is expected to act as a specialist role model and as an expert in the clinical field, demonstrating an advanced level of knowledge in the field of renal medicine.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, including HCA Salary period Yearly.
