This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team on a Panama shift pattern. As a Maintenance Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on packaging equipment, including injection molding machines, extruders, and conveyors.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to optimize machinery performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using our CMMS system.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably within plastic packaging or a similar industry.
  • Excellent electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including the Panama shift pattern.

Competitive salary package: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
