With over £2.6m in annual contributions, the charity supports more than 450 leading retailers and FMCG brands, helping over 70,000 people annually. Our D&I in Grocery Programme is a key initiative, working with industry partners to accelerate diversity and inclusion.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Co-ordinator of Diversity and Inclusion in the Grocery Sector. This role will provide critical support to our D&I in Grocery Programme, working closely with our team, industry partners, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programme activities, supporting partner onboarding, and assisting with event planning.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and track attendance for steering group meetings
- Organise logistics and refreshments for face-to-face meetings
- Coordinate the annual onboarding process for new and renewing partners
- Provide support for partner check-in sessions
- Answer queries within the programme email inbox
- Confident administrative skills with multiple internal stakeholders and workstreams
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong PC skills with Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word (required)
- Ability to multi-task and motivated to work to deadlines and targets
- Salary up to £35,000 dependant on experience
- Hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of two days a week in the office
- Full-time 34 hours a week
- Occasional extra hours required for events
