Crisis Team CPN Job Opportunity

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled CPN to join their Crisis team in Greater Manchester. As a CPN, you will work alongside professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

  • Job Title: CPN – Crisis
  • Band: 6
  • Location: Greater Manchester
  • Duration: 3 Months (with potential for ongoing)
  • Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (Long Days: 8am – 8pm, Long Nights: 8pm – 8am)
  • Rate of Pay: £26 to £32 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a CPN in the Crisis team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care
  • Working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
