Crisis Team CPN Job Opportunity

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled CPN to join their Crisis team in Greater Manchester. As a CPN, you will work alongside professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

  • Job Title: CPN – Crisis
  • Band: 6
  • Location: Greater Manchester
  • Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of extension)
  • Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Rate of Pay: £26-£32 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as part of the Crisis team
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
