Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated CPN to join their Crisis team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mental health care and support to individuals in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with the Crisis team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research, best practices, and industry developments
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
