Job Title: Solicitor Apprenticeship Coach

Educated Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor Apprenticeship Coach to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship programme to a caseload of apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coaching of apprentices to ensure they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.
  • Work closely with employers and apprentices to understand their needs and develop tailored training plans.
  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching to apprentices, using our client's standard delivery model.
  • Regularly review progress with apprentices and their managers, taking prompt action where necessary.
  • Ensure apprentices are accessing and benefiting from delivery, including OpenLearning and expert knowledge tutors.
  • Support apprentices' progression and work with the account manager to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work in accordance with our client's systems, including enrolment and e-portfolio systems, and OpenLearning.
  • Maximise efficiency for the benefit of apprentices, employers, and our client.
  • Ensure all reporting activity and administration reports are owned, managed, and delivered on time.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Ability to engage with a wide cross-section of people.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised to manage your own time.
  • A teaching qualification is an advantage, but full training will be given.
  • A good level at GCSE (or higher) in maths and English.
  • A strong vocational background in your areas of delivery and a commitment to maintain your vocational competence.
  • A fully qualified solicitor.
