Duty Manager

We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our Trowbridge Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing the hotel's operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure a welcoming and safe hotel experience.
