We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn in Trowbridge. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional hotel experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent service standards.
- Monitor and control hotel operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
