\Job Description
\As a Self-Checker at The Landmark Hotel London Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:
\- \
- Cleaning allocated bedrooms to the highest standards in accordance with departmental SOPs.\
- Handling Lost Property items as per departmental SOPs.\
- Providing personalized service to guests by utilizing guest history where possible, adhering to LQA Standards.\
- Physically checking daily apartment status to identify, solve, and minimize discrepancies.\
- Maintaining the highest standards of security regarding guest property, colleagues' property, and apartments.\
- Tracking pantry inventories and updating stock levels.\
- Working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.\
