Experienced Hotel Reception Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time reception supervisor to work in one of our hotels in Chelsea, near Fulham Broadway station.
This is a temp to perm position.
Day shift.
**Duties and responsibilities;**
- Administrative tasks: Record-keeping, filing, and managing guest accounts
- Making reservations: Overseeing the hotel's reservations, making sure customers can easily make reservations, and intervening if there are any issues or complaints with the booking systems
- Communication: Communicating clearly and concisely with guests and staff, and handling difficult customer service situations
- Customer service attitude: Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining an orderly front desk: Greeting guests, assigning rooms and providing keys, managing guest accounts, collecting payments, resolving conflicts for guests, and delegating guest service tasks to the hotel staff
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer service: Providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handling customer complaints: Training all guest services staff on effective ways to handle complaints, which involve listening and conflict-resolution skills
- Managing guest bookings and reservations: Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs and requests, managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments, answering and forwarding phone calls, and processing payments
