Job Title: IFA Administrator/Adviser Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IFA Administrator/Adviser Support to provide pre- and post-advice support to our advisers, paraplanner, and other team members.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, take ownership of their work, and manage their time effectively. They will be responsible for obtaining illustrations, key features documentation, fund factsheets, KIIIDs, and application forms from platforms/providers, reviewing meeting preparation, and completing product application forms, trust documentation, and new business submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining illustrations, key features documentation, fund factsheets, KIIIDs, and application forms from platforms/providers
- Reviewing meeting preparation and ensuring correct documentation is gathered
- Completing product application forms, trust documentation, and new business submissions
- Monitoring and oversight of new business applications and fees
- Issuing client documentation to the client/product providers as appropriate
- Performing electronic ID checks and ensuring compliance documentation is present 'on file' at each stage of the advice process
- Managing an IFA's diary
Requirements:
- Conscientious and organized, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and openness to being coached/mentored
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, platforms, and back-office systems (Intelliflo)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Client-centric approach
- Good levels of Regulatory and Industry knowledge
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to study towards professional qualifications (supported by the firm)
