We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at The Pilot Group. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for leading and driving market-leading customer service across our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business processes to ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Enhance and maximize internal processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the team in managing, maintaining, and growing day-to-day business relationships for long-term sales success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business alignment, achieving growth goals and positive commercial outcomes while maintaining market-leading customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a balanced outcome that meets both commercial and customer-centric objectives.
  • Be accountable for internal people processes, driving a culture of continued professional development.
  • Drive a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and building and reporting team KPIs to ensure business alignment.
  • Participate in and lead ad-hoc business projects, managing internal and external meetings, trips, and visits.
