Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service
  • Carry out reminder calls to customers and monitor session progress
  • Identify additional support needs and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Welcome and greet customers, arrange travel assistance, and provide professional service
  • Assist with form completion, room preparation, and daily checks to ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including GP surgeries, hospitals, and interpreting services
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, perform stop and searches, and update records accurately
  • Provide cover at other sites and perform general administrative duties
Requirements
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • IT literacy with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
  • Good written English, grammar, and punctuation for correspondence and record-keeping
Competencies
  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Fluent English language skills for effective communication
  • Attention to detail for office administration duties
  • Prioritization skills for multi-tasking and meeting targets
  • Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and solve problems positively
