Join our team of Independent Living Assistants at Home Instead, where you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live independently in their own homes with dignity and respect.

As an Independent Living Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, which may include assisting with daily living tasks, preparing meals, and providing emotional support. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.

We match our Independent Living Assistants with our clients to ensure the best relationships are formed, with a minimum visit time of 1 hour. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a flexible and varied work schedule.

To be successful in this role, you will need a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also require a reliable vehicle and a valid driving license.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16-£19, depending on experience and location. In addition to your salary, you will receive paid mileage, travel and waiting time, holiday pay, out-of-hours support, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
