Control Room Team Leader

As a Control Room Team Leader at H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) in our Distribution Centers (DCs). Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the MHE department team, ensuring stable performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead MHE Department Team: Manage and organize the MHE department team, monitoring their performance and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure Stable MHE Operations: Support smooth day-to-day MHE operations, ensuring stable performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- MHE Maintenance and Issue Resolution: Execute MHE maintenance, solve operational issues, and escalate, where necessary, to Regional Logistics Sales & Ops.
- Budgeting and Improvement: Support the MHE Manager during the budgeting process and identify MHE improvement potentials to maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency.
- Alignment and Collaboration: Ensure alignment to regional and global MHE operating principles and standards, collaborating closely with DC management and Regional Log. Sales & Ops.
- Training and Development: Provide MHE-relevant input into operations training and up-skill the operations training team.
- MHE Engineering Expertise: Profound expertise in MHE engineering and (semi-) automated DC concepts and operations.
- Technical Understanding: Sound understanding of technical linkages and functional split between MHE, WCS, and WMS.
- Logistics and MHE Standards: Good understanding of regional and global logistics and MHE standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation, and people development.
- Agile Mindset: Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.
