Control Room Team Leader

As a Control Room Team Leader at H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) in our Distribution Centers (DCs). Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the MHE department team, ensuring stable performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage MHE Department Team: Oversee the daily operations of the MHE department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure Stable MHE Performance: Monitor and analyze MHE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement MHE Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the MHE Manager to identify and implement improvement initiatives that enhance MHE performance and efficiency.
- Support MHE Manager: Assist the MHE Manager in budgeting and planning processes, ensuring that MHE operations align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with DC Management: Work closely with DC management to ensure that MHE operations are aligned with DC goals and objectives.
- Profound Expertise in MHE Engineering: Possess in-depth knowledge of MHE engineering and automated DC concepts and operations.
- Strong Technical Understanding: Have a solid understanding of technical linkages and functional split between MHE, Warehouse Control System (WCS), and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Agile Mindset: Demonstrate an agile mindset, with a positive attitude to change and a willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies.
