Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at SPAR Allaway Avenue. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the store.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards;
- Maximise sales and control costs within the store;
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers;
- Work collaboratively with the wider SPAR Ireland team to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven store management experience within the retail industry;
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a team to achieve results;
- Commercial awareness and experience of working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively;
- A Personal Licence Holder (or ability to obtain and hold a licence within 6 weeks of appointment).
