As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in providing inspiring leadership to our nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of exceptional clinical and pastoral care, and collaborating with our team to ensure our residents receive the best possible support.

**Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
  • Leading and motivating our nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of care plans and assessments
  • Conducting walk rounds to monitor the quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure the smooth running of our home

**What You'll Need:

  • An NMC-registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
