We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our participants by providing career advice and guidance, helping them explore learning and employment options in preparation for life in the community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will use various delivery methods, including coordinating job fairs, sector-specific talks, visits from employers, and motivational speakers, to empower customers to develop a career skills action plan.

The role involves monitoring progress to build confidence throughout the journey to successfully starting work, learning, or both. On-the-job training will be provided to achieve a Level 4 Certificate in Careers Information and Guidance, if not already held.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary range of £26,000 - £29,545 per annum is on offer, along with additional benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional leave)

We provide career information, advice, and guidance services to individuals in custody. Our team aims to empower customers to develop a career skills action plan, leading to successful outcomes upon release.
