We are recruiting for Careers Advisers to work within our Education Development Trust team, providing high-quality careers guidance and support to students and schools across Cornwall, Devon, and Dorset.

The role involves delivering careers advice and guidance to individuals and groups, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored guidance and support to meet individual students' needs
  • Building relationships with schools and other stakeholders to promote our services
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 6 CIAG qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in careers guidance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
