Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join our team in Rotherham. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Children’s Residential Care Home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities.

Main Duties:

  • Implement and maintain robust policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFSTED standards
  • Lead a team of staff, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, to deliver excellent care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, working closely with families and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality assurance audits
  • Participate in regular meetings with OFSTED and local authorities to ensure continued registration and compliance

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to £72,000 per annum, plus bonuses including a starting bonus of £5,000 and up to a 10% KPI-related bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a range of perks and rewards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in managing residential care services
  • Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in social care or related field
