About the RoleThis term-time position offers an estimated salary of £80-£95 per day, providing an opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a profound impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities- To foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students receive individualised guidance to thrive in the classroom.
- To engage with students aged 4-16, helping the class teacher deliver tailored support and guidance based on their unique learning requirements.
- To inspire and motivate students while building their confidence, collaborating with the class teacher to implement strategies promoting academic growth and overcoming challenges.
- A passion for making a difference, combined with compassion, empathy, and confidence.
- Some experience working with children is essential, with a preference for those with additional needs or diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs.
