Finance Business Partner - Leicester Office

We are seeking a finance business partner to join our Leicester office, where you will play a key role in supporting our project teams.

As a finance business partner, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial management of projects, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.

You will provide financial support to project teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborating with the senior finance business partner, you will implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

Supporting the senior finance business partner in delivering financial training and development initiatives to non-financial managers.

You will assist with all project-related month-end and year-end accounting, including management of WIP valuation/reviews.

Engaging with fee earners to reduce exceptions and mitigate error.

About You

You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, with a compassionate attitude and treating others with respect.

To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge of project accounting practices within the construction and consultancy sectors.

Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

It is desirable for you to be CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or QBE.
