**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and analyse financial data, providing insights and commentary to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Improve KPI reporting to streamline processes and support better decision-making across the business.
- Collaborate closely with operations and commercial leadership teams as the finance partner.
- Contribute to strategic and day-to-day decisions as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

**Previous experience?**
- Strong operational background in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
- Improving KPI reporting within a manufacturing business
- Helped stakeholders in understanding, controlling, managing, and forecasting spending in line with the budget
