About the Position:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our school community in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Psychology to students across KS4 and KS5.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Requirements:
  1. QTS or equivalent.
  2. Degree in a relevant field - A Subject of Specialism.
  3. A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the National pay scale, estimated to be around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
