About the Role

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Psychology Service Lead to join our team. As a Psychology Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions for older adults with mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology and be registered with the HCPC. You will also have experience of working with a wide variety of service user groups, including those with complex needs, and be able to work autonomously within professional guidelines.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality specialist clinical psychology services for older adults with mental health issues.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and support.
  • To supervise and support assistant psychologists and other clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of service user groups.
