Care Provision Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Provision Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing respite care for an elderly mother in her home environment, while also coordinating care services and ensuring the highest level of quality care.

About the Role:
As a Care Provision Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our client, including preparing and serving meals and snacks, assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting, and performing basic household tasks as needed. You will also coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure our client receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to our client
  2. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  3. Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  4. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  5. Coordinate care services with healthcare professionals

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in care provision
  2. Friendly and approachable demeanor
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Felsted, Essex

Estimated Salary: £36,000 per annum
