Job Description

This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and underwriters, ensuring they receive high standard customer care in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working to agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Arranging and attending client meetings.
  • Maximising opportunities from leads.
  • Ensuring technical knowledge is up to date.
  • Conducting new business, pre-renewal and renewal meetings.
  • Updating client information on system accurately and efficiently.
Salary and Benefits

We can offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, annual bonus, flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas shut down, birthday off, and car allowance.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in general insurance, qualification or desire to work towards this, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to building strong relationships with clients.
